It was a pleasure to do a course walk this morning with Alex Bragg as we are both the 2018 training scholars for HTSG, it was was offered free to their members & £10 for guests.
We had a lovely group of members & guests whom clearly found it usfeul, Trudy, a successful grassroots event rider said:
“The course walk was a real success and so glad I found out about it.
Alex was a great host very approachable and you didn’t feel silly asking questions. He was really friendly even if we did give him 5 time penalties for arriving late!!
Alex and Laura worked well as a team and gave us valuable insights into how they tackle a course at any level.
The most important thing I picked up was their importance on rhythm and balance and their own position approaching and over fences.
Alex was also happy answering questions on other subjects regarding the horses and winter training.”
